Public notices are always posted at all library locations several days before each Board meeting, giving the date, time, and location.
Normally the Board meets in the Presentation Room at the Main Library on the 4th Monday of the month at 4:15 p.m. However, during the summer months, they often meet at different branches and the meeting dates may change, depending upon holidays or how the business of the Board is conducted. Please call 282-4646 for specific dates and locations.
Board meetings are always open to the public. Near the end of every Board meeting, the Board will open the floor to hear visitors speak about their concerns. This is normally limited to a few minutes per person and the Board is not required to respond.
Correspondence may be sent to the Board in care of the Administrative Offices of the Library. These letters are given unopened to Board members along with their agenda packets.
